Those look good and I am a big fan of bracers. As someone who has spent may hours wearing bracers it is an easy choice. The one with laces can be left open to help cool the wrists and the laces will not catch on everything that comes close to them like the clasps are likely to do. So, I actually like the looks of the one with clasps and they would be easier to put on, but if I was going to be wearing them much I would choose the ones with laces,, just my experience.

for the steampunk look or to go with that type of costume the latch bracer is nice. I like the lace one also as I've worn them a lot and as Lwm803 said, they don't catch on anything. (most times, lol). I use small buckles and straps myself, but that's a personal choice mostly for the armor and other things I do.

they do both look good though.

Thanks Squirrelly and yeah the steam punk look goes great with the latches (as it matches the corset as well) but honeslty still have no idea how to lace a bracer up by myself normaly need help from the wife lol.

I usually sit at a table, put the bracer on then lay my wrist with the bracer on the table with the laces facing up. It might take a bit of practice to learn to tie them one handed but believe me it can be done.

AH cool thanks Iwm803 then I can simply sell the bracers with the lace and let the customer worry about tieing them on lol. I was just wondering if there was a way to do it like a corset. With a corset you can make it so that the person wearing the corset can actually tie it off themselves, but then again they do have both hands free lol. Ok off to make a new bracer have some spikes I just got from tandy I want to play with hehe
