roper wallet

Hey all,

My brother wants me to make a roper wallet with Hawaiian geometrics on the front (have em from a shirt that belonged to my dad from when we lived there) and a tiki on the back. I was wondering if any of you have seen patterns or anything like that I could use as a pattern for one. Looked on google images and not really finding what I want. Most of the pics there are not straight on and I am not a good enough artist with a pencil to fix it
