Beautiful work Yin. One question, why not have the seam down, would be more comfortable to hold.

My impression was if you are lifting a heavy case, you would like the bottom of the handle smooth and rounded so as not to gouge into your hand. The top doesn't press into your hand as you lift the case. Am I missing something?
