This is an example of the contact cement lack of adhesion. Not sure what is going on here, using Barge Contact cement, waiting 10-20 minutes for it to dry before putting surfaces together. Just doesn't seem to be holding. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it? Thanks!
