  2. hi there 134-35 are the ones
  3. hi there I have one and i love it. pls contact me if you need any advice! carlo
  4. hi @Moti did you finally got the manual? I have necchi 840 and i am looking for it but no way... Thanks
  5. Hi there! finally I have got a wonderful setup: - Necchi 840 triple feed - servomotor with needle positioning system (Vevor 750 w) - LARGE CUSTOM (3d printed) pulley My servo low speed is 100 rpm with 45 mm pulley My custom pulley (mounted directly on the machine wheel) is 180 mm. so with low speed i can go as low as 30 stitches x minute with an incredible torque and control. Of course the servo allows me to go faster if needed. NOTE - Needle positioning and large pulley WORKS together! This is my pulley: see the low speed !!!!
  6. HI there I fixed the problem thanks a lot for your tips. It was definitely an oiling problem. This is exactly the point that was missed and caused the noise... thanks
  7. Hi there I will recheck ..and oil again....i still believe something is wrong in the tuning..i will try anyway THANKS
  8. hi @AlZilla the machine is very old I have been using it for at least 5 years. my impression..is that it was working better "before". I have just 1 presser feet...and when i remove it (no presser feet on) then the movement is ok thanks !!
  9. wow.. sorry for the misspelled title. i confirm that the hand-wheel become hard to turn during that part of the cycle. If I remove the inner foot then everything goes smoothly - see video maybe the inner foot is pushing very hard to the feed dog preventing the right smooth movement..
  10. hi there what was finally the issue? I have exactly the same
  11. I have the sewing machine in the video. As you can see the movement isn't good. The machine is a fantastic (for me at least) necchi 840 (industrial). if i remove the foot on the right ..then the noise disappear and the movement is right... So i suspect some tuning around foot / needle and feed dog is needed. Any thoughts? thank you for your help !!! feed dog issue.mp4
