There's a chap on the Bushcraft UK forums who goes by the handle of "Kerne" makes them - you send hima JPEG of your design, and his magic machine carves out of a hard plastic. He's a teacher, and he has the machine at hios school, so you need to catch him at the right time!

It Is delerin plastic, I have a maker stamp from that. Very durable Tuffcase.com makes them.
