looks great man! I feel you on the solo seat issue. I just did a Danny Gray for a client. 21" x 15" !! Never thought I would get done tolling that thing! I did have a question though. As far as the black dye goes, what do you do to prevent the dye from rubbing off on the rider's butt? My previous order of things was, neatsfoot, dye, lexol, then aussies with beeswax. Still got notified there was a little dye transfer!! UGH!!

I am needing advice on what sewing machine i can purchase to make dog collars. I have looked all over the place and just keep getting more confused. I notice that old singer machines might be able to do the job, but don't want to make the wrong purchase. I have limited space and plan on upgrading to a bigger. better machine down the road. Any information will help, thanks in advance.

thank you for the compliment, and I will definitely take the advice! The adhesive actually started coming away from the cushion a little due to this seat being a recycled project. I am leaving this one on this time and waiting to get more seat pans so I can make my own foam surface. I didn't like the lace I saw available at Tandy, so I made my own (dyeing it was fun...) There is plenty of learning curve to this and the people here like you are VERY helpful and encouraging. thanks again!

thank you. Yeah, I just did a simple single loop to get an idea of how it would look put together. I will do tighter lacing perhaps a Mexican Braid for the final. This is a pan I am going to do several tooled projects on, at least until I can get my hands on another pan.

My first seat project. Currently working on my second one since I have a better idea of what I am doing, thank you to all who gave me direction. Lacing is not final but figured I would post it anyway....
