Well where do I start first of hi to all, my name is Don Graham, I was born in England but have lived the last 20 odd years in Germany, I`ve been making gun leather for about 10 years now as a hobby, the leatherwork I make is based on the old styles of the 1870-1910 frontier gun leathers, the stuff I make are reproductions of the old west gun leathers and are stamped with my own makers stamp, I do take pride in trying to get the reproductions as close as to the originals I make as possible using the tools and style of the maker of the time, iam self taught and strongly believe an old dog can learn new tricks, I don’t get upset when some one criticises my work and iam always willing to try something new.
I am also a reenactor of the old west and also have a small collection of wild west memorabilia, saddle, holsters, scabbards, spurs and so on, I have seen a lot of stuff that is new to me on this forum and I am impressed and hope to learn and maybe pass on some tricks of the trade that I know glad to meet you all Don.
