  1. if your dyeing a full piece ill pour my dye into a small tub and use a piece of sheeps wool,i use fiebings oil dyes and seem to get a nice even finish with this method
  2. i could do that!just some braiding,if interested let me know and ill let ya know what ill need to do it.
  3. great saddles!!!i have a severe love affair with the old style saddles!!!my personal saddle is an old slik fork tall cantle and horn,i love them,i also have a collection of this era of saddles,as well as newr from famous makers,
  4. and this is after,1959 capriolla,the only new leather is the fenders and stirrup leathers,the owner wanted me to cut down the originals,i talked them into new ones as to save all original componants,
  5. by all means you can restore rough out,it takes alot of work but it can be done,ill try to post pics with this but no promises,ask for any info ill give ya what i have. this is before

  7. well id look at the pros and cons of both,i love my landis machines but they are harder to find parts for,my landis 1 i have to fab my own parts,the union lockstitch is equally a great machine,ive used one,easy to opperate,sews great,if it were myself id get them both!its just money in the bank.
  8. im looking for some good bronc saddle patterns and layout,ive never buildt one but i want to,i understand there are prca regulations for some equiptment so i also need those.if any one could help that would be great!! thank you!
