  1. Would like to buy a narrow horizontal lined thumbprint approximately 5/8" wide, similar to the Craftool No. 862. I have about 125 older Craftools if interested in a trade. Old Ghillie
  2. Exceptional work, the best.

  3. The correct number of the last stamp is 373 not 873. It is a pear shader (or thumb print).
  4. Hi Bob, I have been following eBay for Craftool stamps but seldom see any of these vintage ones. Mine date back to the 50's. Just saw your new slide show and your work is unbelievable. Would that I could. Thanks, Gary
  5. Hi, The #731 is a crowner, looks like a mulesfoot but half round instead of a V. About 5/16" wide. Looks like Craftool #727 but smaller. #862 is a pear shader or thumbprint about 1/8" wide by 5/8" long with horizontal lines. I have Craftool #861 but is has verticle lines. The other, #873, I can't remember what if is, a pattern I have obviously seen in one of my catalogues. I think I could duplicate these tools from Barry King but thought that Craftools might be a little cheaper if I could find them. Thanks for your interest. Gary
  6. I have purchased 3 of the swivel knives, without blades, and can only recommend them for quality, price and free shipping from Japan. They are similar to Tandy's but less money and smoother swivel. I have a total of 9 swivel knives but these are my favourite. Gary
  7. Can anyone tell me where I might find several older Craftool stamps, Nos.731, 862 & 873? I have a collection of about 125 stamps, mostly older Craftools, which I might trade for these numbers or purchase otherwise. Gary
  8. Hi, Thanks. Please let me know how you are making out on your own project. Gary
  9. Hi Paul, Thanks for your kind comments. The Leg of Mutton shotgun case was a difficult project and, because of the shape, required hand stitching. Gary

  12. Hi, How do I set up my pics in a gallery? I am a new member and have not found any information on this. Having made one post on the Critique forum, I am very impresed with your members and the information available.
