I'm fairly boring to most city folk, I'm not super educated but have quite a few years of common sense. If I want to learn to do something, I find someone that can get me started but mostly I teach myself.  I'm an avid deer hunter, and I only kill what I eat.  I have a great interest in finding homes for things and re-purposing items, I hate to throw stuff away and I have a huge dislike for new plastic junk. I grow trees for fun, and graft fruit trees for my farm because I would love to be self sustainable. 

Sewing since i was a teenager, made quilts as a young mother, but I also can weave, spin and knit and I also make socks on an antique circular sock machine.  I love working with antique or old machinery and tools.  I can run a lathe, do lamp-working (torch making beads) I carve wood, gunstocks and deer antlers with an air tool, and I'm an avid deer hunter.  I own 90 acres and I graft my own fruit trees to add to my property, and I grow chestnuts and persimmon from seed for fun. I can also do foiled stained glass. I can work on a vehicle right along side most men and  I can also run heavy equipment.   I have many many interests, if I don't know how to do it, I will somehow figure it out.
