    Lobo, thanks for the tip. Wet forming the loops will also help when I go to stitching them in place. Also, thanks for the compliment on the holster. Coming from you means a lot.

  2. Mike (Katsass) nailed it. In addition to showing you how to make your own patterns and giving a brief rundown on assemply there are a number of patterns in the book complete with carving patterns if you decide to try your hand at that. This holster for a Ruger Single Six is straight out of the Stohlman book and my first attempt at carving :)

    Once you have the basics down Will Ghormley's patterns are also very good, either for following "step by step" or for using as a "starting point".

  3. That looks very nice, but I have to ask... Do you not need a license from "smith and wesson,glock,ruger,colt" etc. to use their logo on your products for commercial gain?

    on the spellin I was in a dash that day and yes we are doing a payment to them for everyone sold

    yes there done on a laser before there assembled


  4. You really do need to sell the revolver cylinder buckle. I have quite a few friends that would love a belt with that buckle.

    with the guns shows and holidays we are behind but looks like next week i will have some for sale

    we are very fussy and want them perect so not rushing is important our price for forum mebers is $25.00

    i am working on it with thanksgiving and us being gone every fri the monday for gun shows things are moving a little slow
