I am retired, and moved from Denver to Iowa where my family is, in 2011. I started making knives a couple years ago and then had to make sheaths for them, and liked leather working. I have a nice set up now in the basement for grinding knives and working with leather. I just finished making 5 work benches for two rooms down there, and it is sure a lot better than working in an apartment!

Lots to learn, and this place is a great to learn. Leather workers (and knife makers) are so great about sharing their skills and showing their awesome work, and I appreciate it.
