    Can i ask what type of stitch that is on the side? I didn't know you could butt leather up like that i thought it had to overlap. Fantastic finish

    It mounts normally, facing up. One of the mistakes i made was designing it with the belt loop in the middle. I ended up doing this so it could be stitched either side. I can imagine this will sit quite high & be annoying. Oh well, chin up father! Thank you for the kind comments & constructive criticism.

    Thank you for all the help topics & people posting up therir work for ideas. This took me about 15 hours! Learnt alot, made a few mistakes but happy for a first attempt. 3mm leather wet molded. Fiebings light brown spirit dye, 2 coats of neatsfoot & 2 coats of resolene finish. Gravitas & hedgehog leatherworks are the style i'm trying to achieve.Definitly hooked, hope you like it.
