anyone have any idea why my groover keeps blocking up. i am using it one veg tanned leather and the way i was shown. but everytime i ue it after three or four passes it clogs up and i have a heck of a time getting the barrel cleared so i can use it again. its really getting old.

Try running it across a block of wax now and then. You may have a burr in the hole. Polish the radius real good and maybe work some buffing compound into the hole with a toothpick if it will fit, or run dental floss thru soft scrub cleanser and run it back and forth through the hole. The soft scrub will act as a fine polish. Hope that helps.
