Thanks Bob. I re-checked the original ad and he did state it was single phase, he may have edited the ad, I don't remember seeing that last night. Apparently the machine was originally used to make firefighting gear. I live near Cincinnati so before I make any purchases I will see what you have on hand, Toledo isn't that far away.

Does anyone know anything about a Singer model 411U967K? I found one for sale not too far from the house however I can not find much information about it online. I emailed the owner and he thinks it is a compound feed walking foot machine. From the mediocre pictures it looks to be in decent shape and seems to be fairly stout. On the plus side it is equipped with a servo motor but on the slightly negative side it is 240 volt. The amperage draw isn't too high so wiring an outlet for it in the house would not be a deal breaker. I am hoping to be able to use the machine for stitching belts and whatever else I can dream up. Any thoughts, good or bad, will be greatly appreciated.

The package with the last 4 blue guns arrived today. They were packed so well you could have shipped a light bulb in the same box.
