  4. Hi TwinOaks, Thanks for contributing! Yeah the below link is an example of what I hope to accomplish. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Magnetic-iPad-1-1st-Generation-Leather-Case-Cover-with-Build-in-Stand-8-Color-LL-/251077182080?pt=US_Tablet_eReader_Cases_Covers_Keyboard_Folios&hash=item3a755dc280 If you notice, the front cover flap has the capability of being folded into an 'A' shape to act as a stand for the ipad. It has a 3 portions of plastic beneath the pu leather. Yeah I think one portion is magnetic to work with the capacitive screen for the wake or sleep function. Are acetate close to that? Thanks.
  5. hi Cyberthrasher, thanks so much for attending to my question. erm I am into the notebook style where it's quite commonly sold in the eBay and Amazon. i definitely have to use the pu leather with the plastic material. could you or anyone guide me into this? Thanks in advance!
  6. Hey hi Guys! I'm planning to make my own tablet leather cases eg. for ipad mini etc. However, I'm not sure what is the so-called plastic material used normally on the front of the case. The leather associated with this kind of project usually involves PU leather or others. Can someone provide me with some advice on this project? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading & Merry Christmas everyone!
