Hello, Rusty Darnell with Springfield Leather. I do read the threads I mostly try to stay in the background. Everyone has the right to speak on any subject they would like. I do try to reach out anywhere I can in order to make things right when we have made an error. Sometimes the "error" was in our description and not the actual product. As many of you know we have been growing in leaps and bounds for the last several years, along with that come the ridiculous task of training employees how to think like you do. Helping a person learn to treat your customers the way you would treat them is really more challenging than anything that comes to mind. So a big reason I read these is to isolate areas were need the most attention. Sometimes I find that I just make the situation worse if I try to intervene in these threads. But please know, I do take very seriously any posts that is reasonable. Thanks for reading, Rusty
