  1. I have made a bunch of seats and i always use mexican basketweave to join the top to sides.I want to make one with that "X "style lacing around the side but i cant get it to line up rite when going around a curve.any help on this would be appreciated , thanks chain

  6. aint even started to get hot just telling it like i see it ,the pans i use are molded in a way that people find them more comfortable then padded seats .you should NOT jude a book by a cover especially compared to one that was written buy another person but has the same cover ya know, i got 18 inch apes and a suicide shift also got problems with that? im not a hard guy to get along with just hate being categorized with the majority of bikers today, live life for youself and be your self and judge only your self, you know,chain
  7. well im not a poser i got one on my bike and ride year round over 50,000 miles and i really dont care if you or anyone eles thinks it COOL, I MADE IT FOR ME. YOU DONT HAVE TO UNDER STAND IT .

  12. that is what i thought the top looks smaller but how do you get the holes to line up? i thought of making the top piece with the holes spaced properley and then putting it on a copy machine and inlarg it a few percent . i dont usually cover the bottom of the pan ,i just braid a border to the top and bend and mold it over. i tryed doing with a leather bottom and it just wouldent line up ,but the top was the smaller piece. any help,input or ideas would be greatley appreciated,
  13. dave your work is incredibly inspiring . one question for you, are the top and bottom leather pieces the same length and width in size on this seat.
