  1. I would say that you have done outstanding on this knife and sheath. I think that any bidders on these need to have deep pockets.
  2. .Thanks for the in-put; I will try the paper towels first. I will have to go to the store for some distilled water. The water here is hard and some of the lines is old. We do have sunshine only about 355 days a year, I will have to catch a day when it is not cloudy. Thanks again LeeRoy
  3. o I do not do much leather work, so , a newbe mistake. I am making a muzzleloading shooting bag. I just wanted it oiled. You guessed it, too heavy on the oil. Now the question, How do I take some of the oil off? Thanks for any help with this. LeeRoy
  4. I think it is SUPER!! I have been wanting to make one for my phone. I would like to put a heavier belt clip, heavier than Tandy of some of the knive supply places sell. Does anyone have an idea where I could find these? LeeRoy
  5. Thank You for the reply. I will look into getting some deglazer and check the hazards before using it. aquamanlr LeeRoy
  6. I am new to leatherworking, and I would like to remove the finish from a knife sheath that I have made. If this is in the wrong section please place it in the right place. This sheath is a hard use item. It is worn under a shirt or jacket, it may get wet at times. I used eco-flo bison dye and super shene. What would be the best dye and finish for this item?
  7. I am a newby to leather, and leather working. You might lower the size of the resolutions or pix. count on the camera to make it smaller on your posts. aquamanlr
