I'm starting to machine sew some larger pieces and I want a similar aesthetic to my hand sewing with Ritza 25 tiger Thread. Rita makes a braided thread called Ritza 44 that is pre-lubed with silicone instead of wax that I have been using. The main problem I have with the thread is that is still flat like Tiger Thread so it can create some tension problems in the bobbin, because the flat thread tends to twist awkwardly causing inconsistent tension. The top tension on my Cobra 4 seems pretty consistent though. All that said, I still think using the Ritza 44 thread is worth using.
