This came straight out my head. I used 4-5oz Horween caviler in plum(buckleguy). Veg tanned 3-4oz dyed chocolate(Fiebing pro dye) with a huge .08mm yellow thread(Ritza). Angelus brown edge paint. I used one of those fancy open eye snaps in 12mm(buckleguy). Half the time it's ugly, the other half it's in your pocket. But it's mine. Probably my last, 'wallet' of my lifetime.
Nothing ugly about that! I'm loving it. Awesome work!

We got hacked Friday night. All member data is safe. This is just the default "skin" because I'm figuring out how to put humpty dumpty back together again. The server is running clean up tasks in the background, so the lag will clear up in a bit. I've got a list of things to take care of, but at 3 am I thought the board was gonna be toast. I was fortunate to have layers of updates this time, because they acted like bandaids and the hacker didn't get anything they wanted. I had to do a clean install, so the database, which is huge (700G) is still cleaning up. I expect to find broken links here and there- do me a favor and let me know if you're seeing other problems that aren't just "the look"right now. Thanks for your patience, everyone!
I hate that it got hacked, but I like this "clean" look. It's brighter than I am.

I'll second everything that Bruce said. I bought my first machine from Steve Tayrien before they started Leather Machine Company. Every machine since has been from LMC. You can't go wrong with those folks.

Terry Henson, a saddle maker in Azle, Texas is originally from Oklahoma. Don't know how old the saddle is--don't know how old Terry is--but he's always built a lot of saddles. If it's not his, he may know whose it is.

Congratulations! I've had mine for probably 9-years. No issues. I think you'll be real happy with it. Leather Machine Co. customer service is top-notch if you ever need 'em.

Like Dwight, I use #346 on top. I also use #277 in the bobbin as that combination pulls my stitches up consistently the way I like to see them. I wouldn't go lighter than #277 on top, but again, most of this is personal preference. Double rows of stitching is fine, but the primary row closest to the gun is the important one. The outside row is strictly aesthetic. I like my stitch length to be somewhere the 6 to 6.5 SPI range. Stitch lengths in the neighborhood of 5 SPI look too mass-produced/unrefined in my view, but most of this is my own obsessive/compulsive way of looking at things.
