Thanks all, this is the first Purse I have made, it is a Tandy kit but I will be making my own pattern for a new purse this one was a trial to get a feel for how it all goes together. I will be working on more pirate themed stuff, I have a bunch of mugs I will be lining with tooled leather I will post pics of those when they are done

I have seen pic but have been unable to locate a figure craft tool in the shape of a spider. Anyone have ideas of where this can be found or if they have one they are willing to part with?

I did a forum search and didnt find anything, so does anyone have links to a supplier of those plastic mug inserts with the folded lip that you see in Leather mugs. They are removable from the mugs so you can clean them. I have looked hi and low with no luck.

I prefer Fiebings, I can order it as I have a resale id and use it in manufacturing on my products. I live in Calif. In regards to Tandy's Ecoflo dyes I hate them with a passion, they are a waste of money in my opinion as I have to use 3 times the amt of dye to get the same color and penetration that I get from the spirit dyes. If fiebings dye is too dark I dilute with spirit and the dye last even longer (for that depth of color The only advantage to the eco flo is the lack of spirit smell. I order directly from Fiebings, I just wish Tandy would sell the dye in their stores to those of us with the proper requirements to be able to buy them. Just my experience.
