Try punching the holes after died then sealing it with Adam wax leather balm and seeing if that will seal the holes enough to keep the dye off

Looking for where everyone goes to when they want to buy smaller sections of leather. And also the best place for different Hardwares. I've ordered from most of the well-known just curious if there is any out there that I have missed that I should know about. Anything's much appreciated.
