  1. Here is 3 phase setup I am using on my 3 phase Dayton grinder. It works well for the few times I use it. I really know nothing about how it works I just found it on the internet..... 3phase 1.pdf
  2. Thanks to the help with bobbin/Shuttle oiling. Now to clean up more old lube. Here is the current lube on the bevel gear lube. The machine will get very light use. Is a lithium white grease, ok?? The machine appears to have had very little use. There is almost no wear on the painted surfaces. Thanks again, Randy
  3. Thanks for all the Help!!! You guys are a wonderful resource!!!! Now time to sew!!!!
  4. Me again, Here is what is under the shuddle? I think I see the oil Channel but I think it is acessable once the shuttle is in place?? thanks for all the help...
  5. Thx Mr. Uwe for your wonderful help and photos. I found the small channel with the felt oil pad. Mine felt was missing. I did not find the depression or channel you labled in the next photo. I was afraid to remove the center screw to remove the hook. I was afraid I would mess something up:) I love your photos and arrows. I added my machine photos to let you see what I have. This is just a fun machine I use to for my boat projects. It appears to have had little use and sews a lot better than I do:)
  6. Hi, I need help finding how to oil the sewing hook on Pfaff 545. On page 4 of my manual, it says to oil the hook, item R, in the photo on page 5. I can't find the location R. I'll try to include a photo of my machine.... Thx Randy Webster
