Stewart Report post Posted March 24, 2022 Did not know where to put this. I have made these for all my grandchildren and a few nieces when they were young. It started with my sister's grandchild that was having nightmares from CF. Surprising she stopped having them. That started a trend. Haven't made one i about 6 years and it took last night for my fingers to remember the way to pull the A. sinew. It has Firemen charms on it.to honor his dad. suzelle Report post Posted March 24, 2022 Sorry, I wasn't sure... is CF Cystic Fibrosis? If so, sorry your Sister's Grandchild has suffered with nightmares. Very thoughtful of you to make something special for her to comfort her. Children love handmade things. I remember my Mom making Dreamcatchers for my own children when they were small. Yours is lovely.

They are very smart, just (7) years old and excited about everything. I got them a little $20 sewing machine from Walmart, should be here tomorrow. Gonna take it to the shop and we are going to learn to make stuffed dinosaurs. LOL. They want to sew very badly so it seemed appropriate to get them a mini kid size machine they won't get hurt on. Actually, I know you can get hurt on those too, so safety is going to be the first lesson. Oh boy, what have I gotten myself into. LOL. The cool thing is, when you teach a kid to sew, they will remember you forever. At least that is the case with myself and the people who spent a little time with me. It will be so fun for all! Crazy but fun.
