saddles Identification of old saddle

I need help identifying old western parade saddle. I think it’s a Ted Flowers but not certain. No mark no stamp no wording at all anywhere. What’s estimated value of it?  Any help would be appreciated.

@Barnhart The first name that immediately popped up is ' Ed Bohlin' . Do a quick search on him and you'll see why   And when you say ' parade' , I think of the 'Rose Parade ' ( see pic)
