How to finish this lanyard?

For the love of God, I can’t figure out how this end knot is tied. It looks so simple but I just do t get it. Can anyone help me or show me how it is done?

go to youtube an do a search for ending a 4 strand braided  lanyard 

or looping a 4 strand braided lanyard
