PastorBob Posted July 5, 2022 Report Posted July 5, 2022 Quite a start there. Well done. Looks like an episode of Gunsmoke going on in the background. Nice job on adding the MS state to the top of the natural one. 7 hours ago, Gezzer said: Just saying hello and looking forward to learning from ya'll . CFM chuck123wapati Posted July 5, 2022 CFM Report Posted July 5, 2022 beautiful work!! how about some info on the making of it? leather ? finish? and how you formed it so well. Quote Worked in a prison for 30 years if I aint shiny every time I comment its no big deal, I just don't wave pompoms. “I won’t be wronged, I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on. Members Gezzer Posted July 5, 2022 Author Members Report Posted July 5, 2022 Thanks fellas , PastorBob you have quite the eye as it was Gunsmoke . Chuck the natural one is 8/9 oz while the burgundy is 5/6 oz . As for making them I use a section of 4 inch #40 pvc for a form . Side wall rounds up with just stitching , tool bottom panel , tool top and then wet form with band to hold until dry. Light oil for finish , have a little learning to do with finishes . Quote
