Hello everyone,

My name is Avril and I'm new to leathercrafting.

My grandfather used to make many things but unfortunately he never got around to teaching me due to age, sickness, and ultimately death.

So here's a little info about me. I'm a married part-time stay at home mom with two kids. I'm a seamstress/costumer and my interests in leather crafting is obviously for garments.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning wonderful new skills along the way!

Welcome Avril. A walking foot attachment and diamond point leather needle on a sturdy home sewing machine can make a good startiing point for garmet leather.

Glad to have you here and as a seamstress, you may be giving a lot of advice too.
