Jaxx1024 Report post Posted September 20, 2022 Hey guys. I’m trying again to make leather pouches and bags and am confused on how to sew them without the stitches showing. I sew then flip it inside out right? Is there an easy way to explain it to me or do you have pictures on it? (I could just look on YouTube but I don’t understand the videos sometimes.). I want to make some pouches for some of my hardware since I don’t have a tool rack yet.
DJole Report post Posted September 20, 2022 Yes, you've described the basic process exactly right. You can make these bags using an additional piping layer to hide the stitches. I made a bag with piping, and took pictures of the process. Maybe it will help: http://djole.altervista.org/djole/Publications/Leather/R/RoundBag1/RoundBag1.htm
