Members Redbeeerd Posted February 20, 2023 Members Report Posted February 20, 2023 Heya! I bought large piece of 0.8mm deer nappa by mistake (looked at one item, bought another ) but realized I could use it to learn how to make gloves. I have found a bunch of places that show you how to make a pattern, but none of them really get into the specifics of measuring for fourchettes. Is there anyone here that might have a pointer or two? I have done a bunch of measuring already, but are there more measurements I should get? Quote

CFM chuck123wapati Posted February 20, 2023 CFM Report Posted February 20, 2023 i would find a pair (that fits you) at some yard sale or thrift store and deconstruct them. You can find out everything you need to know that way including thread sizes and stitch length. Quote Worked in a prison for 30 years if I aint shiny every time I comment its no big deal, I just don't wave pompoms. “I won’t be wronged, I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on. I don’t do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.” THE DUKE!
