Hicks02 Report post Posted January 14, 2009 (edited) Hello, I am some what new to the fourm. I have been reading the posts for a few weeks now and like it all. I have been doing leather work for around four years now, the last two I have been a little more serious about it. I have a small room in my house that has started to spill out in the rest of the house. I hope some day I will be able to start a business. In the near future I would like to build a saddle, but being I am not a cowboy I am not sure how it will go. I plan on trying to post a few picture of my work sometime it will take awhile due to I live out in the sticks and have very slow internet. Until next time, Jeremiah Edited January 14, 2009 by Hicks02

TrooperChuck Report post Posted January 15, 2009 Welcome! I know the feeling of wanting to learn saddlemaking. MY advice is to keep looking for a teacher. They're out there, but sometimes you got to search for them. But, once you build that first saddle.... well, it's ADDICTIVE!
