Decent stitches pt 2

Recommended Posts

Just wondering, maybe someone can explain to me how it is that my best work to date comes on the most trivial project? I doubt if anyone but me will ever see my tooling bags...I was trying to pull the stitches a little lighter, not so much tension. Wondering if that is part of the magic, don't pull em so tight?

"Just wondering, maybe someone can explain to me how it is that my best work to date comes on the most trivial project? "  ... That's ALWAYS the way it works out - whether it be leather, wood, metal, paint, or whatever.  LOL!!

I enjoy carving horses. But my 'better' works are often on scraps, but when I put a horse onto a project, my 'doodles' on scraps look better...go figure?  I guess  the moral of this, is , do try so hard?:dunno:

Your work looks great btw :specool:
