What brand is this old strap cutter?

I am selling the vintage strap cutter I used many years ago but do not know the manufacturer. Can anyone identify it? Thanks for your help.

I have looked around, but no luck. I have tried different  leather related  cutting machine search  parameters  etc. including the model number , still no luck . Other types come up, but not yours.

the green color makes it look like it was a  government/ military item. I haven't found anything on it either.

I have a friend who has this same strap cutter and she was told it was made in Mexico. The person she got it from brought it back from Tijuana. If anyone is selling one of these, please reach out! I'm interested in getting one!

Well it's an 8 month old thread, but I just saw it, so it's new to me

The abbreviation for serial number is Spanish, so it's probably a Mexican market strap cutter like Tylee said.   

I'd guess maybe Taiwanese or Chinese made and tagged for the Mexican/S American market?

I had one just like this years ago, but it had a metal "Mast Harness" tag on it. I agree with the above posts that it was either brought in from Mexico or overseas, likely sold through a few different supply companies. I remember the knives were an uncommon size.

Strap cutter = English

Accesories = spelled wrong (missing an "s")

"N" Serie = German

Maybe an old East German strap cutter made for export - they often used same size paper decal on their equipment/machines - for local distribution it usually had a price right on it to boot.
