There seems to be some reviews out there, but all the authors seem to have a very short time on any of the forums where they are posting (like less than 10 posts). ^^ This is exactly me, a lurker... I always template paper copy first but use leathercraftCAD to get them digitised and easily reprintable/distributable. Its very rare that I contribute to forums, i'd rather sit back and soak in the knowledge unless I have something meaningful to add (which is rare) but when it comes to this piece of software I have actually been blown away by its ease of use and the support offered by its developer. I've been using the software for about 3 years and it has had several significate changes along the way but I really cant express enough how valuable the software is to me after the initial learning curve dropped off. Members dirk87 Posted February 19 Members Report Posted February 19 I am using it allot, its easy to use the basic functions. It’s not perfect but by far the best tool to plan your patterns for stitching. I like to estimate my dimensions then draw it up in leathercraft CAD to see how my stitch placement looks and adjust the dimensions. Then i draw it in fusion 360 and 3d print my patterns. So far used it for wallets and watch straps. Quote
