ZlaPatofna Report post Posted February 16 (edited) I own two sewing machines model durkop adller 867 - classic with efka dc1550 variocontrol... Both machines are set to 2400 RPM, But one machine sews much faster as if at 3000-3500 rpm, how is that possible? Parameter 111 is set to 2,400 in both machines Edited February 16 by ZlaPatofna
Uwe Report post Posted February 16 Maybe the motors don’t have the same size pulley installed? There may be other parameters that control motor speed. Perhaps one machine is actually sewing slower than the other because of some other parameter limiting speed. You assume the slower machine runs at 2400rpm - maybe it’s the faster one actually runs at 2400rpm. You’d have to compare all the speed related parameters between the two machines to make sure they’re set identical.

You need to also compare pulley sizes on both the motor and the machine.
