Did Tandy discontinue the basic stamp set?

I'm trying to get back into leather working after losing my tools in a house fire in 2019. I was going to grab a basic stamp set again but it's sold out on tandy's site and the only one I can find on ebay is $45 + shipping. Did they discontinue or is this just something funky?

I believe I bought mine from RealLeather? Montana leather company has the kit for about $50.
