Where can I find 4" rectangular loops?

I have gotten into leather working and wanted to make my own hybrid weight belt. This requires a 4" rectangular loop for the Velcro for tightening. The only problem is that I cannot find 4" loops anywhere at all. Does anybody know a place to buy them?

Sorry, my mistake.  You might try searching for a 4 inch square D ring.  I checked Buckle Guy but didn't see anything.
