Hi Everyone,

My name is Eric.I live in north west Ohio(mendon)near Grandlake St.Marys,I'm 50 years young for a few more days till I see another B-day.I like to do metal fab for bikes and other stuff, scrimshaw on ancient ivories(jewlery, pistol grips, knives and display items)dable with oil painting also wood carvings.I have been wanting to learn this art also and from what i've seen and read here I've come to the right place. You people sure are great with helping others and fantastic artist's.Hopefully you won't mind helping out a complete newbie alot cause I'll have alot of question. If possible would the in ohio&Indiana people thats close to my area get in contact with me so maybe we could meet so I could see some of thier work in person and maybe get a little hands on help?sorry for being so windy and asking for so much for the first time.

Thanks so Very Much.

Eric :scratchhead:

Welcome Eric,

We can always use another Buckeye here. I'm in Hamilton, Ohio area....that's just north of Cincinnati.

Welcome to the group and enjoy. Everyone here likes to help.
