Members OldGoalie Posted March 5 Author Members Report Posted March 5 No luck so far finding a used face plate. I know the Seiko 6 and 6B were copied from the Singer 17. Does anyone know if the Seiko parts are a direct replacement or at least if the faceplates are the same? My 17 is a very late production model, 1950 build date. Thanks, Tim the Old Goalie Quote

Members Constabulary Posted March 9 Members Report Posted March 9 not sure how the casting on the later class 17 is shaped but the old 17 shares the face plate with the Singer 16 which sometimes can be found cheap.
