Members Constabulary Posted March 28 Author Members Report Posted March 28 I have Singer pinking shears that I have used maybe twice sooooo I really do not need a device for that. But I know what you mean. 😁 I know it´s better to have than to need but... no... Fortunately it is 100km away from me. I have to reduce this sewing stuff + machines anyway. I´m about making one table for all my (4) arm machines. I´ll post pictures when I´m done. Tinkering... again. 😅 Quote ~ Keep "OLD CAST IRON" alive - it´s worth it ~ Machines in use: - Singer 111G156 - Singer 307G2 - Singer 29K71 - Singer 212G141 - Singer 45D91 - Singer 132K6 - Singer 108W20 - Singer 51WSV2 - Singer 143W2
Members Tigweldor Posted March 28 Members Report Posted March 28 Looks like that poor Singer has seen a very damp shed for numerous years - not that this is not "fixable" - but it sure will be a lot of work - for a non compound flat table sewing machine - again one of those "Liebhaber"-projects with a wage under 3€/h when/if you ever sell it. Greetings Hans who has fallen into the same "trap" numerous times - loved every moment of it until it became time to sell the unit Quote
Members billybopp Posted March 29 Members Report Posted March 29 I have to confess - When I saw the MAN-SEW on that device, my mind immediately went back to the 90s/2000s and a very politically incorrect US TV show!! Quote
