I have always heard how helpful they were, and how great the customer service is. Not my experience at all and I was curious to see if it's me or all Americans. I was so shocked, I even asked them if I had somehow offended someone there? She said no, we're busy because the tariffs. They mentioned the tariffs a couple times. Quote
