Landis Model 30 Splitter For Sale

For sale a Landis Model 30. The machine has been renovated (not by me; previous owner). It is overall a very nice clean machine. No missing parts. I'm not willing to ship it, though. Local pickup only. I live in the Austin, TX area. I'm asking $1000 for it and I'm going to stand firm on that number so please don't ask what's the lowest I'll go. Compared to a couple others that popped up on the internet recently for well over $1000 with missing parts and needing restoration, I think mine is a very fair price consideration its condition.
