This one was a little tricky, as I didn't have the client's revolver (lives 1000 miles away).  I had a Heritage Barkeep that i used for the pattern.  The Barkeep has a 2" barrel.  So I added an inch to it to create a 3 inch pattern.  Finished it up and sent it out.  Customer emails saying the holster is way to big.  I asked him to measure the barrel.  Sure enough, the 3" barrel was 2.5".  As in most cases, the customer is always right.  So, I started another one from scratch (this time making it 2.5" instead of 3").  The customer was happy with the second one.  Didn't make much on this deal, but gained some experience.  The pics are of the replacement.
