Tandy carries conchos like that with the hole in the center. They also sell the stones with rivet backs that fit into the center of the conchos and attach them to the leather. The conchos come in several different styles, the stones in several colors and sizes. I havent seen them as snaps, but maybe they have a way to use them as snaps too.
