Members Airickjay Posted May 16 Members Report Posted May 16 I made my first "real" wallet recently, and I noticed that there are some small marks on it. Is there a good way to remove them? If it were shoes, I would polish them. Quote
AEBL Posted Monday at 04:25 AM Report Posted Monday at 04:25 AM (edited) Clear shoe polish? Honestly, looks fine to me though. My products tend to not look like high-end designer goods though. I don't spend a lot of time trying to not use the bug bites, scuffs and scratches that are on the hide, or the errant scratches that make it onto my piece even though I try very hard to be careful with it. I know that I'm going to use the heck out of it anyhow. Edited Monday at 04:28 AM by AEBL Quote

Members SUP Posted Tuesday at 11:09 PM Members Report Posted Tuesday at 11:09 PM Your wallet looks fine to me. It is leather, after all and once was on a living creature. It cannot possibly look like factory manufactured smooth plastic. 🙂 Therein lies the charm of leather though. Quote Learning is a life-long journey.
