just needs another coat of pecards and a good buffing and it's done.

as always... i wish it wasn't black and painted

Looks really good man.

What did you use for the gray? and did you use some type of sealer before the pecard ?

It takes more then one freak to have a true freakshow. So take a seat , the show is about to start.

Riger, other than the black, I like it. All seems to have worked out in the end. There does'nt seem to be any scrunching or wrinckles like you were saying.

I had the same problem with that Corbin seat I just did, took forever to get it to form around those tight curves without wrinkles. I thought it was going to get wrecked from all the wetting.

the grey is cova paint and it has blockout over just the grey. the rest is just pecards

thanks ken... this one is starting to come around. just seems to run in cycles.

i have just finished RE-covering the round braid seat with the leather i normally use and it looks great!!! i'll have some pics of that one up later today.

Beeza, that looks good but then I'm a black fan-sometimes. Where did you get that granite? I'm looking for one to replace asome smaller ones in my shop.

I disagree... I think the black dye and grey paint really accentuate this seat. Great job!! :skull3: :D

thanks for the replies!

i don't like to use this much paint as i think it really hids the beauty of the tooling but, i and the customer are very happy with it.

the slab i work on was picked up from a monument company (grave stone). you can find them for next to nothing if they have a chip or crack in it
