Pictures are too small to see any detail.  Resize the original pics to 800 pixels in the longest dimension and we should be good to go with lots of detail.

It's all good. Not much to see. 

Cleaned up the shaft and the bore it goes in. Put things back together, threaded the machine and sown a crooked line of stitches .

You may want to figure out where you are expected to oil that shaft 😉

I couldn't picture that shaft until I went back and looked at one of mine.  Now I see it runs in the lower part of the arm!

Another lesson learned for me. I, too, will have to double check where it gets oiled.
