Members TTcustom Posted August 16, 2009 Members Report Posted August 16, 2009 Here are some projects that I made for myself recently. A case for my jewelers files. A cover to go over my Target water bottle. A sheath for my speed square. (I also do framing on the weekends) Quote

Thanks Tim. I liked the looks of beveling the quilting rather than cutting it. It is my favourite design right now. Quote

Thanks a lot I haven't done a lot of the fancy decorating stuff. I started off just making unadorned practical working pieces for myself and just started making them purty too. I have sooooo much to learn from y'all in that department! Quote

Members Somawas Posted August 23, 2009 Members Report Posted August 23, 2009 About what size is the file case? I'm thinking that something like that would make a cool needle case. Quote
Members TTcustom Posted August 23, 2009 Author Members Report Posted August 23, 2009 About what size is the file case? The file case is 6-1/2" long and is about 1-1/2" tall. The wood ends are sections of a mesquite branch I had drying in my shop for about a year. The diameter was set by them. The leather was a heavy 4/5. Quote
